We have a building where 30mm Bianco Carrara panels were install mechanically on an arch about 20 years ago. There is a gap of about ½” between the concrete wall and (http://maplered.com) the Marble (http://www.lightemprador.com) . The contractor caulked the perimeter of the Marble (http://www.lightemprador.com) arch some years after the installation. The wall faces west and (http://maplered.com) is expose to the heat of the sun in the afternoon. We are considering replacing the arch to a cost of about $ 50,000 because of warping in the panels. What could be causing the Marble (http://www.lightemprador.com) to warp, and (http://maplered.com) if we have them replaced, will we have the same problem again? Please let us know.
